Scouts BSA

Scouts BSA is the traditional Scouting experience for youth in the fifth grade through high school. Service, community engagement and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting’s highest rank, Eagle Scout.

About our Charter
Clinton Presbyterian Church (CPC)

Founded in 1831, Clinton Presbyterial Church (CPC) has a long history as a worshipping community right in the heart of Clinton.  For generations, those who have walked through our red doors and into our historic Sanctuary have experienced Christ’s presence and peace.  We are grateful for God’s grace which allows us to be:

Welcoming to All – our doors and our arms are open to all who would join us on this journey of faith.

Growing in Faith  – at every age and stage of life, we recognize the importance of nurturing faith development.

Serving with Love  – we embrace opportunities for mission.

We charter both Scouts BSA Troop 121 and Troop 610 in order to facilitate each Scout’s duty to God, duty to country, and duty to self and others.  By working in tandem with other faith communities and organizations, we do our part to help maintain a vibrant community of Cub Scout packs, Scouts BSA troops, and venture crews in the greater Clinton area.

Although Troop 121 and Troop 610 are ministries of CPC, families need not be a member of CPC or of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to join either troop.
